gup. Cho (Dan) means beginner. Your journey as a black belt is
just beginning as a Cho Dan. Midnight
Blue is the color of the evening sky.
It symbolizes infinity and perfection. It is the quest for perfection
that epitomizes Tang Soo Do. It represents maturity, passiveness and
harvest. It represents autumn. Tang Soo Do "Black Belts"
are also represented by Midnight Blue in some organizations.
